Every site and situation is unique, but with thousands of sites set-up worldwide, in almost as many different industries and circumstances, we've acquired the native knowledge and expertise to properly advise you. The design starts with a survey of your site and audit of your security. We then discuss your needs and goals to come up with the system we think will best serve you.
Once the system design has been completed, the installation stage begins. Our installation engineers are all qualified, insured and bring a wealth of experience in dealing with all the little nuances that may arise. Once the cameras are installed and hooked up to the VGU unit, testing of the system begins. No system goes "live" without passing a thorough checklist.
Netwatch works with you to develop the Protocol for monitoring your site and handling any incidents. Once your system is "live," your camera images are fed through our software and the moment something suspicious is detected, the live feed will be put in front of a highly-trained Intervention Specialist at the Communication Hub. They will provide live audio warnings and calls to police if necessary or handle incidents per your Protocol, all the way through, until the site is clear and secure again.
The Netwatch Managed Service model includes the most comprehensive maintenance contract in operation today. Besides regularly-scheduled onsite maintenance and daily system health checks, every camera is pinged every 30 seconds to check connections. If a camera isn't sending images to our software, we will know about it very quickly and an order is raised for one of our engineers to investigate. If a camera is found to be obsolete, damaged, faulty or isn't working properly, we replace it as soon as we can to keep downtime to a minimum and get your site fully protected again. Further, any upgrades to the software is handled by Netwatch, too.
We guarantee the system hardware, software and all client-agreed-upon Protocols for the life of the agreement — and the daily fee is fixed for the life of the contract as well, barring any changes.
